Vippie Mobile softphone for iPhone, iPod and iPad is a SIP client that works on all models of Apple’s smartphones


Internet connection through WIFI, GPRS, EDGE or UMTS.


The softphone supports the following voice codecs: G729, G711, GSM and High Definition G722.

The application also supports VoIP tunnel technology and can work from blocked areas or from behind firewalls for both incoming and outgoing calls


Vippie Mobile Walkie Talkie softphone softphone can work with VoipSwitch and also with a 3rd party SIP servers.


The softphone can be linked to an IP address of a VoipSwitch (or a sip server) or to DNS name for example sip.mymobilevoipcalls.com


Vippie Walkie Talkie is offered to VoIP providers with unlimited end-users license. The branded version of the software (with provider’s name and logo) is provided in a form that is ready to be uploaded to the App Store.

Generic version of our iPhone softphone is made to allow you to test the app with your SIP server but in order to keep the softphone compatible with a wide range of SIP servers , the functionality of the app had to be limited comparing to the version that works with IWT VoipSwitch platform.
